The Speckled Frog’s story began when:

Zahra Shaban-Allibhoy, mother to a 5 year old boy, moved to Karachi from Toronto and was surprised at how difficult it was, not only to find good clothes for her son, but to find clothes that were fashionable, of high quality and reasonably priced. While there are several options available for young girls in Pakistan, there seemed to be a lack of variety for boys. There was a huge gap in the market.

Zahra knew the only solution was to start designing clothes herself.
And that’s when the concept of The Speckled Frog was born.

Mission

Our mission is to provide clothes that are of superior quality and are practical, without compromising on style.
To be able to manufacture in Pakistan and support the local industry is a huge win for us.

Another aspect that is very important to The Speckled Frog is being environmentally friendly. We strive to minimize our carbon footprint as much as possible by using kraft paper for our packaging and eliminating the use of tags on our clothing.
