• Please ship the items to be exchanged within 7 days of receiving them. After this 7 day period, no exchanges will be allowed.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers will have to bear the shipping costs for returning articles at their own expense.
• We have a ‘No Refund’ policy. However, all other claims (defective product) as approved by the company will be processed within 15 working days. Once the claim is accepted, you will be allowed to select any other item of equal value from the website.
• You may request for cancellation of your order at any time before the order is processed. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email.
• Once a product has shipped, the ‘Return and Exchange Policy’ will apply.
